    The most important parts, Is an intensive research period that is undertaken at the very start of every IT project. requirement gathering or requirement analysis. After the requirements are gathered from the client, a scope document is created in which the scope of the project is determined and documented

  • 2 WeeksFeasibility study

    Once the Discovery phase is completed the next step is to define and document specification. This process will help to document requirement scope . It includes everything which should be designed and developed during the project life cycle.

    Once project requirements and deliverable are clear for both parties we will submit our proposal for client evaluation, This bring great transparency and clarity to project owners
